Haus war leider nicht so wie erwartet

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel klappte problemlos. Nach Einzug in das Haus stellten wir jedoch fest, dass es sehr schlecht geputzt war. Alles war staubig, in der Küche die Schränke von außen wie innen schmierig bzw. krümelig. Tassen waren für 5 Personen enthalten, Teller gab es ausreichend, allgemein wenig Geschirr, der Toaster funktionierte nicht. Im Bad war das Waschbecken schlecht geputzt, der Auslauf war dreckig. Unter den Betten wurde nicht geputzt, der Staub flog darunter herum. Die Schränke waren nicht nutzbar, da alle Schubfächer mit Decken, Tüchern und Bettzeug belegt war. Wir haben unsere Koffer nicht ausgepackt. Unter dem Handtuchstapel im Flur (gegenüber des Bades) lagen Motten bzw. andere undefinierbare Tiere herum, offensichtlich lagerten die Handtücher dort schon längere Zeit. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, auch dort schwamm am Boden Schmutz herum, wir zogen es vor im Meer zu baden. Alles in allem machte das Haus einen muffigen, ungepflegten Einruck und wir haben schon mehrere Häuser auf Mallorca bewohnt. Es ist schade, dass wir nichts Positives über dieses Haus berichten können, aber es hat uns nicht gefallen. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass für 2018 der Mietpreis für dieses Objekt erhöht wurde, um diesen Preis zu erhalten, sollte aber massiv an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden.

About this house rental

In the quiet, beautiful hinterland between the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa is this vacation home. Enjoy the beautiful wide view of the Tramuntana Mountains, the Victoria Peninsula, the bird sanctuary and the bay of Pollensa. A well-kept garden with flowers, palm trees and lawn surrounds the house. It is furnished in a rustic and cozy style. Bedroom No. 3 is reached by a few steps down from the rear covered terrace. Right next to it there is a small private shower room. The summer kitchen with grill guarantees cozy barbecue evenings. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit. License number: VT/1813
