About this house rental
The modern holiday home in Swedish style was completely completed in May 2015 and is located on a beautiful property by the lake. The North Sea coast is only a 15-minute drive away.
The 90 m² living and usable space are cozy and offer plenty of space. The open living and dining area belongs to the living and usable area. There is a free-standing oven here. In addition, the living and dining area is equipped with a TV-SAT and with WiFi.
Since the holiday home is on two floors, you will find the two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds) on the upper floor. The bathroom is at ground level with a barrier-free shower and a toilet and two sinks.
The holiday home also has a covered veranda.
The red house is designed for 6 people, that has another bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The house costs 100.00 € / night and is 100 square meters.
Arrival is possible from 12 p.m., departure until 1 p.m.
Children's playground is available on the property and the parking lot is right next to the holiday homes.
A washer and dryer are available for a small fee.

Wir als 4 köpfige Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern im Alter von 3 und 5 haben im gelben Haus 9 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wij verbleven in het rode huis. Het is een prachtig huis. Mooi ingericht en overcompleet wat betreft de inrichting. Het is gelegen in een rustig gebied en het meer is op loopafstand. Voor boodschappen en de winkels moet men ongeveer 7 minuten rijden naar het gezellige Zetel. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en reageert snel op berichten. De enige tip die wij zouden willen geven is het creëren van meer opbergruimte in de keuken/ woonkamer. Deze is nu wat beperkt voor 6 personen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!

Saubere Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen am Baggersee. Sehr nette Vermieter.
Fahrräder wurden auf der Veranda regengeschützt hingestellt. Könnten aber auch bei den Vermietern eingeschlossen werden.
