For the price the room was great. Lady was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a room with a great view. Let me leave my bags and grab a shower before I got my bus.
No kettle - but lady gave me hot water in a flask.

Strategic location in the Cat Ba town area and within a quiet alley. You can easily find the food you want within 1-2 minutes within walking distance.
The owner is very friendly and helpful to book a tour and answer your question. The owner can speak fluent English, so there won't be communication problems..
There are some choices for you to choose for the simple breakfast they offered. The breakfast is tasty as well.
The room is spacious and clean. There's an air con and a fan in the room. The hotel also has a rooftop to view the surroundings. .

Staff was so nice, breakfast was delicious and the view was worth it!
Bathroom was smelly, mainly because of moisture accumulation, not enough ventilation to prevent it. The AC unit broke down while we were there…
