We had an unusual experience, our cabin had not been cleaned. When I reached out she offered another home, but the air wasn’t fixed and it was unbearable hot. She was able to get a cleaning team to our cabin, but it was not what I would call clean. We were able to get there at 9pm, it was a very stressful evening for us (2 couples). I asked for one nights rental to be returned and I never received a response. After driving all day, it was a very stressful evening.
