We were very great to find this home. It fit our families needs well and was clean and well stocked! We had a downstairs toilet leaking and maintenance was out and had it fixed within an hour. We would definitely stay here again.

We were within walking distance to the Sunriver Marketplace, which was our goal. The process for renting, checking in, checking out was seamless. The communication from the rental agency, when I had questions, was prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to rent from Sunset Lodging again.

The carpets were filthy that our feet were black and our crawling baby’s knees, hands, and feet were stained black from the dirty carpet even after bathing daily. The bike trailer was completely broken and we called and they replaced that and the microwave that wasn’t working. We did end up figuring out how to get the microwave to work ourselves but the maintenance person should have been able to tell us how to fix it vs us figuring it out. We enjoyed the location but was very disappointed in the cleanliness. We also had to wait past 4pm as people were still at the property picking up trash and looking in the house (I think inspecting the cleaning) which was not ideal after a long drive with kids who needed to use the restroom. I’m not sure we’d stay here again or book with this company.
