Location is perfect - The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever met. Any questions, I had or any hell i needed they would bend over backwards to help me out. They even helped me order Pizza from a pizzaria nearby. Super friendly. 24/7 support.
Nothing - Exceeded my expectations.

Located in the center of Cartagena, the hotel is very well located. We had a suite with my daughter with a lovely outdoor patio equipped with a jacuzzi, it was perfect as the rooftop pool was too deep for my child. Personnel were adorable and helpful. The room was super comfortable.
The equipment of the room was a bit annoying. The AC was controlled by the reception, as was the jacuzzi. Fan, curtains and lights were also weirdly controlled and it was a bit a main to handle this.
