Apartment with a separate entrance to the southeast of my villa, a 2-bedroom apartment, 45 sq. m., featuring several furnished terraces without a view + a private pool for your exclusive use (7 m x 3 m) with sun loungers provided.
The property consists of a living room with a BZ sofa bed (140x190) + dining area, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, griddle, etc.
+ Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, vacuum cleaner.
+ The spacious bedroom with 2 single beds.
A lovely terrace for dining outdoors with a barbecue.
A supermarket and a restaurant are 300 meters away. The beaches are 400 meters away. The sandy beaches at the port of Figueirette, with its restaurants and market, as well as the neighboring coves. All in the heart of the Estérel for hiking, mountain biking, and more...

Alain and Elisabeth were most gracious hosts. They patiently explained in detail every feature of the apartment and the region, despite our lack of French. The view from the terrace was beautiful, and the location was ideal for visiting Cannes without having to endure its congestion.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La description et la situation de la location est précise, location propre et entretenue. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et très discrets et vous donnent de bons conseils sur les différentes choses à faire ou à voir. Nous recommandons cette location, rien à redire.
