About this house rental
Short Stroll to the Ocean! Meander down the Bluff Trail to Moonstone Beach along the waters edge of the Fiscalini Nature Preserve, or go the other direction to Lampton Cliffs! Charming Downtown Cambria (5 minute drive) & The Pines Lodge for the Breakfast Buffet or Dinner & Live Music at Night! Near: Hearst Castle, San Simeon Elephant Seals, Morro Bay Embarcadero, Morro Bay Aquarium, Famous Wineries & Restaurants! Please read the Guest Agreement Attachment before booking. A $500 fee per broken house rule may apply for non-compliance of guest(s) or the neighbors complain.

Our rates are based on the total number of guests reserved, not just the number of nights stayed. Once a reservation is confirmed, the calendar is blocked for that specific group size and prevents us from accepting other bookings that may require higher occupancy.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or reductions in guest count after booking, including for holiday or peak-demand dates.
Any disturbance to anyone in the house or broken house rule(s) will result in cancelled reservation and removal from the premises with no refunds. Applicable fees will apply. Thankfully, we have never had to enforce this rule. :-)

This home was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located for easy day trips to Paso Robles, Hearst Castle, and Downtown Cambria and a short stroll down to the beach. The boardwalk trail system which we also explored at the end of the neighborhood was beautiful and every night gave us amazing sunsets. Deer are everywhere so be careful, but they were fun to watch. When we were in the house we enjoyed a view of the Pacific Ocean from the living room and deck. The home was well stocked including loads of DVDs should you have time for a movie. The grill on the deck was in good shape for BBQing and all appliances have been updated. Beds were comfy for restful sleep. Lastly, Deja was extremely quick to respond to any question we had and very reasonable with any request. You will not be disappointed with booking this home.

The location was incredibly tranquil. No light or noise pollution. The house was a great split story so guests could sleep downstairs and people could relax upstairs and not disturb one another. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive. It was nice to have a fully functional kitchen with huge refrigerator and a nice oven to do some cooking. The home was close to a lovely costal access trail. There was plenty of parking. The huge couch in the living room allowed all four of us to very comfortably relax together.

Very comfortable for our holiday stay. The beds and living space were good. Neighborhood is peaceful and easy to walk to the beach/tidepool. WeWould stay again. Communication was excellent Thanks so much. Happy New Year!

Please add TVs to the bottom bedroom. No washer or dryer was a big disappoint. I have rented many VRBO and this is the 1st time, we had no access to a washer and dryer.
