About this house rental
This beautiful villa, built in the traditional Istrian style, has been completely restored and offers luxury for the senses. A vacation home that could tell stories.... The property radiates its original charm, as the interior features mostly authentic furniture and decorations. Immerse yourself in a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let your mind and soul find peace.
The large property features a lighted outdoor pool where you can cool off in the evening, or enjoy the wellness area with a sauna, a small fitness area, and a heated indoor pool with hydromassage and a waterfall. Sun loungers invite you to relax. The garden is terraced, and the patio directly in front of the house is covered; it features a large dining table and a stone-built grill. Sunbathing, dining outdoors, and social evenings are like a fountain of youth for body, mind, and soul.
In the garden, you’ll find courts for volleyball and badminton, a basketball hoop, mini-soccer goals, darts, table tennis, and a foosball table.
Just a few kilometers away is a sculpture park that is part of the Museum of Modern Art. Labin is also a center for the visual arts. Nearby is the town of Rabac, home to Istria’s most beautiful beaches. The lowest ceiling height in the attic is 190 cm. Rabac also features a long waterfront promenade where various stalls sell ice cream, clothing, paintings, and much more. Water sports enthusiasts and guests arriving with their own boats will be delighted by the bays here.

The house, the garden and the pool are great! We had a wonderful stay in the house. The host is very friendly, always available and helpful in case of any questions. We would have given 5* for the overall assessment when the location would be a bit better.

Dino and Dalibor’s Villa is just a wonderful place. Everything was just perfect… Communication before, during and after with Dalibor has been very smooth and efficient. Dino and Dalibor have been very responsive and flexible to accommodate our needs. They gave us a warm welcome and have been really good host. We immediately felt like being at home. The house is fully equipped as per the description and pics we saw on-line (even better in real life ;-)). Plenty of space to enjoy 2 relaxing weeks with 4 adults and 5 teens. The whole property (indoor and outdoor) was extremely clean (cleanest place we rented over the last 10 years), well maintained and nicely decorated. Very quiet, good beds. Also well located to visit Istria. Great facilities to relax and practice many different sports (see description). A pizzeria and a small supermarket within 3 mn drive and many large ones within 10mn. We would love to come back and definitely strongly recommend. Big thank you to Dino and Dalibor.

Wir (2 Familien - 4 Erw. und 3 Kids mit 4, 8 und 9 Jahren) haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Zanetto verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach absolut den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten und wir waren insgesamt mehr als zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in Istrien. Sollten wir einmal wieder hierherkommen, dann auf jeden Fall auch in die Villa Zanetto!

Vermieter kümmern sich auch um das Objekt. Zudem bauen sie noch eine Sauna und einen indoor pool
