For the price, this was amazing (I got it for nearly half-price)! It’s right in front of the beach, super spacious, pretty traditional Japanese style, and comfy futon mattresses.
It’s weird they don’t provide towels or anything and that they asked us to pay ¥600 cash on entry as mandatory “onsen fees”, even though we had no intention of using the onsen (and weren’t allowed to anyway because of our tattoos).

Very close to the beach and a 20-minute bus ride from the train station. The room is very spacious and pleasant, with a nice view on the sea. The staff is very kind. It is clean, and the shared kitchen is very handy. The onsen (tattoo friendly) is a bit old but appreciable. There is a konbini at the foot of the building.
