The apartment is specious clean and tidy. The staffs are extremely professional. We got a well decorated kitchen, washing machine and a super comfortable bed.
I would like to mention the staff name Raj is very very good. Very professional. We are very happy with his assistance. Mr. Raj has always made sure that our stay is comfortable.
Nothing to be disliked here.

Location
I notified reception at checkout that they need to find out for room 1201 from wear small flies coming from toilets.
Gym has no good ventilation and toilets weak ventilation.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning lobby and lovely modern interiors. Our apartment was spacious, bright, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was stylish, and the bathroom had lovely marble-effect finishes.
A special thank you to (Parban or Pavan) sorry if I spelt your name wrong from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every time our apartment was cleaned, it was spotless from top to bottom. His attention to detail was excellent, and he genuinely deserves recognition for his hard work.
I’d also like to thank Anchil at reception. She helped us when we approached reception again after waiting over an hour and a half for our room. On our final day, she also kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out, as our flight was later in the day. We really appreciated having that extra time to relax and get ourselves organised without rushing.
Another special mention goes to the lovely gentleman at the omelette station. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was always cheerful, friendly and smiling. He even remembered my order each morning, which was such a lovely personal touch.
These three staff members really made a positive difference to our stay, and I hope management recognises their efforts.
Unfortunately, our arrival was disappointing. I had contacted the hotel in advance to explain that our flight would arrive early and requested an early check-in if possible.
When we arrived, we were served by Simran at reception, who told us the hotel was fully booked, no rooms were available and there was no possibility of an upgrade. I completely understand that early check-in is subject to availability, but I personally found her manner rude and unwelcoming.
After working early that morning, travelling overnight and barely sleeping, I was absolutely exhausted. We were advised to use the hotel facilities or visit Dubai Mall, but I explained that I simply wanted to rest.
We waited in reception for over an hour and a half without anyone approaching us with an update or even offering a bottle of water, tea or coffee. Eventually, I approached Anchil, who checked and found that a room was available. She appeared to seek confirmation from Simran before arranging it. Considering our contact number had already been taken and we were visibly waiting, I felt the communication and customer service could have been much better.
Another frustration was being given only one room key card despite there being two guests. I repeatedly requested a second card but was told the supplier hadn’t provided enough. This was inconvenient as we had to coordinate leaving and returning to the room together.
Although the apartment was lovely, some basic essentials were missing. There was only one accessible plug socket we could use for charging our devices. The kitchen had no washing-up liquid, sponge or kitchen tissue, and despite having a washing machine, no complimentary detergent or washing pod was provided.
The sleeping arrangements were also disappointing. The bed appeared to be a super king-size but felt like two single beds pushed together, with a noticeable division down the middle. The duvet was extremely thin, more like a sheet.
