Müggelheim is a small neighborhood in Berlin-Köpenick and is one of the few places in Berlin to have retained its village-like character, with its village green in the center, the church, and the old school. Surrounded by forests and water, this is the perfect vacation spot for people who want to live in a green setting while still being able to quickly reach the vibrant metropolis of Berlin. The vacation home is located in a residential neighborhood; it is solidly built and suitable for year-round use. It consists of a living room with a sitting area, dining area, and a wall unit with a TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the patio with its patio furniture. The vacation home also features two bedrooms (one of which serves as a walk-through to the other) with two beds in each. The kitchen is equipped with built-in cabinets, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.
Nestled in the forest- and lake-rich landscape of the Berlin-Köpenick district, Müggelheim is a great starting point for visitors to Berlin who want to experience the vibrant capital while also enjoying Berlin’s green spaces around Lake Müggelsee and the other lakes. The center of Berlin is easily accessible by public transportation or by car. Not only Berlin, but also interesting destinations in the state of Brandenburg—such as the Spreewald, Korin Abbey, the Niederfinow Boat Lift, the Babelsberg Film Studios, and the city of Potsdam with its palaces—are just a short drive away. You can enjoy a variety of dining options at numerous waterfront restaurants and several supermarkets. You can relax on many hiking trails in the forest by bike or on foot. Boat rentals are also available nearby.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters und hat einen schönen Garten und ist recht geräumig, bis auf das Bad. Dieses besteht aus einer Mini-Duschkabine und einem wackligen Klo. Zähneputzen ist am Waschbecken im Bad nur schwer möglich, weil zu wenig Platz. Die Küche könnte mal renoviert werden.
Insgesamt trotzdem gut, da schöner Garten, ruhige Lage und freundlicher Vermieter. Auch ein Kinderbett ist vorhanden.
