The detached holiday home, built in 2004, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 110 sqm and can accommodate up to 11 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads over 1 step and a 30 sqm terrace directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen 20 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa (appropriate only for children), lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 9 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture and 6 sunloungers. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Bedroom 10 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. You have access to the covered terrace. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (150 l, freezer), coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The landlord lives in the house only occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 50 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
