Very attentive staff. Very modern, yet thoughtfull refurbishing of old building. Perfectly in front of museum.

Location across the road from the Louvre Lens art gallery and a good restaurant which could take the overspill of guests from the hotel.

A great hotel and we stay regularly. Free parking. Comfy room, great bed and bathroom. Even a complimentary unbrella to use. Restaurant and good buffet breakfast.
The menu in the Garibot a little underwhelming this time. We had a glass of house wine, again disappointing. Internet did not work on the Saturday morning. The hotel was busier than I have ever seen so may be due to bandwidth issues.

Nice breakfast, very welcoming staff - we travelled with our dog and he had his own bed and bowls placed in the room already. Superb location for a visit to the Louvre Lens en route to the Chunnel (though watch out for Tuesday closure).
Not many eating out choices in the vicinity though the hotel itself has a good restaurant but otherwise little to fault
