The location is quiet and sunny and a wide network of walking and hiking trails is practically in front of the residence. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the river Cannobina with refreshing bathing facilities in summer and in about 10 minutes the center, the beach and the marvelous lakeside promenade of Cannobio. The hilly and mountainous hinterland of Cannobio, in particular the Val Cannobina, offers numerous scenic attractions, many hiking opportunities and always fantastic views of the lake. To be emphasized is the beautiful indoor swimming pool (about 15 m x 8 m) of the residence, which is open from the middle of April to the beginning / middle of October. Furthermore there are billiards, table soccer (table football) and table tennis (rackets and balls are to be brought along). An elevator and a staircase are available.
