The two tastefully furnished 2- and 3-room apartments are located on the ground floor or in the 1. Floor of the well-kept 3-family house "Casa Baita Flavia". It is a quiet and sunny panoramic view. Both from inside as well as from outside you enjoy a dreamlike sea view. If you are looking for peace, sun and nature, then you are right here. If you nevertheless longing for the rest of the world feel, you are in both apartments a free WLAN Internet access available to navigate the Internet. Casa Baita Flavia is about 1.5 km from the lake and about 2 km from Gonte, where there is a grocery store, a pharmacy, a doctor, a restaurant and a pizzeria. The public beach and the berth are about 2 km away. Many excursion destinations can be reached with the passenger ferry. Oggebbio and surroundings offer wonderful walking and hiking trails for all requirements in endless chestnut and beech forests. Five golf courses can be reached by car within 15 to 30 minutes. Please bring your own linen and towels. Die Sauberkeit vor allem in Küche und Bad war mangelhaft, die Vermieterin selbst hat dann die Küche noch nachgewischt. Der Herd, die Schränke, in den Ecken war es nicht sauber, die Badtüre im unteren Bereich schmutzig. Das Besteck alt, alle Stühle wackelig, es gibt im Wohnzimmer keine Deckenlampe, d.h. lesen am Abend war schwierig. Insgesamt alles in die Jahre gekommen und uninspriert.
