Completely renovated in 2016 and tastefully renovated, approx. 70 m² large 3½-room house awaits with an approx. 10 000 m² large private property. You will find in this nature paradise & a. Impressive old trees. Experts believe that one of the mammoth trees on the site is among the largest and oldest in Europe. The unique outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax with different resting islands and to play for children. Here you can indulge in the idleness, contemplate the nature and let the soul dangle. There are ample opportunities for lazing, reading and playing. The barbecues are also at their own expense, as there is a barbecue in the garden. Directly from the house you can walk kilometers along the lake. Large supermarkets and small groceries as well as restaurants, cafes, bars and the stop of the passenger boat service are within a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes on foot. If you are longing for the rest of the world, you have a free WLAN Internet access to navigate the Internet. Schöner Urlaub im Ferienhaus, welches einfach, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist.
Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und verwildert, sodass es für Kinder sehr viel zu entdecken gibt.
Es ist von außen nicht einsehbar, aber das Haus von gegenübe stellt sein Auto auf dem Grundstück ab. Dies stört aber nicht, da es vom Haus aus nicht zu sehen ist.
Man benötigt u Fuß 10 Minuten bis in das Ortszentrum und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt.
Für den Urlaub hier ist Ein Mittel gegen Mücken zu empfehlen, die sind echt eine Plage.
Alles in Allem empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder kommen.
