The breakfast was okay, but the room suite was outstanding. the bed was comfortable and the sitting area was very nice. Liked the kitchen and a full size refrigerator. I was able to entertain my son's new in-laws. The manager even gave us a discount on a 2nd room. The staff were very friendly and as a 62-year-old with slight mobility issues, the doorman always held out a hand and escorted me to the taxi or car. Will definitely stay again.
There was a cost for the airport shuttle, but we just grabbed a Grab, which is there equivalent of an Uber. The breakfast was okay and the coffee was not good but there was a Starbucks across the street. The toilet had to be flushed several times if you had to do # 2, so I used the lobby bathroom which was better.

Nice breakfast buffet, good restaurant by the 6th floor pool. Good location in Población Makati
No complaints about my stay at all

Staff were mostly good. Good size room
Apparently there are no balcony rooms with a queen bed, they all have twin singles .... 😏
The service is poor because of the inefficient and staff untrustworthy systems in place.
