About this house rental
This family-friendly, spacious house between Sagard and Glowe on the peninsula Jasmund in the northeast of Rügen, on the edge of the national park. The house is located in a secluded location, surrounded by fields and meadows. Here are collected in autumn the cranes, from all the windows you can watch these impressive birds. The large Jasmund is 2 km away and the famous Baltic beach "Schaab" only 5 km. It can be easily reached by bicycle, bus or car. The plot is 2 500 square meters, here is raging on the big lawn, on the swings, the slide or in the sandbox to play. The sunny terraces facing south and west offer space to relax, just like the cozy beach chair (unfortunately only Easter to October). The plot is eingeheckt with ornamental shrubs and lockable. During the season, you may like to reap the fruits and berries. An old settlers house was rebuilt in 2003 with typical local building materials to a cozy cottage. Here you can spend with the extended family or meet up with friends by the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms holiday. The cottage sleeps up to 9 people + 1 infant. A bright, cozy living room with wooden floors, fireplace and sofa, large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen invites you to linger. This house is particularly suitable for those seeking relaxation who want to relax away from the bustle of the seaside resorts. However, numerous attractions for all tastes are within easy reach by bike, bus, train or car.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, ruhige Lage und viel Platz für Kinder. ein paar kleine Dinge die man bemängeln könnte aber das wäre Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Uns hat es allen gut gefallen.

Wir waren mit sieben Personen im Haus (zwei Familien mit großen Kindern) und haben die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas einsam, auf Rügen ist man aber eh mit dem Auto unterwegs. Und der riesige Garten lässt bei schönem Wetter auch nichts vermissen.
Die Betten waren beim Einzug bereits bezogen. Neben den normalen Handtüchern waren noch zusätzliche Händehandtücher in den Badezimmern. Toller Service.

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr tolle Erfahrung mit dem Objekt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es jedoch zu bemängeln:
Die Matratzen sind sehr durchlegen, diese müssten wohl ersetzt werden.
Oben sollten Verdunklungrollos angebracht werden, da die Sonne alles sehr schnell aufheizt und es zu hell in Räumen nachts ist. Eventuell auch mehr Fliegengitter anbringen, damit man mehr Lüften kann. Außerdem sollte man an der Gartenpflege arbeiten. Durch das hohe Grass konnte man nicht mit den Hunden und Kindern dort spielen.
Gerne mehr Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinen Tabs zu Verfügung stellen vor allem bei 9 Personen - höherer Verbrauch.
Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen und ablegenenen Lage, jedoch zentral. Es war gut organisiert vor allem an Kochuntensilien. Gesamter Gelände war eingezäunt - ideal für Kinder und Hunde. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer und GTO sehr einfach und zuvorkommend. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Großes Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern (davon 1 Durchgangszimmer). Leider mit mangelnder Sauberkeit. Hundehaare überall, Staub unter dem Sofa. Die Küche ist offen mit vielen offenen Regalen für das Geschirr, was die Reinigung sehr erschwert. Die Betten sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten wirkt verwildert und dadurch etwas ungepflegt. Alles in allem nur eine 3 von 5. Schade.
