This is an amazing apartment right in the Center of the city - walking distance to everything and 5 mins walk from Karlsplatz - the transportation hub. The apartment is bright, modern and spacious. The only thing to look out for is the lack of A/C - when it gets hot outside the apartment does got warm though the two fans provided helped a lot

Wolfgang was an incredible host! The property had everything we needed and so conveniently located! We had a couple amazing meals at the market, we were able to connect to every u-ban line easily through karlzplatz making getting around town a breeze! Having access to laundry was really key for our family traveling Europe for a month. Loved the open floor plan of the apartment, not having a/c was not a problem, the cross breeze at night was wonderful-incredibly quiet too!!

We have used rental apartments in several European cities - of course we want clean, easy communication is nice but location is key when you are walking. This apartment was clean and bright - very nice feel. Wolfgang was prompt and helpful with all communication. The location is really nice - the market across the street had hummus and falafels for a quick appetizer when we arrived. I should mention I was traveling with 3 teenagers keeping them fed is key to a successful trip! There is a grocery right below for croissants, other snack and breakfast necessities. Many close restaurants too. The U-Bahn is close and easy to use, but most sights/ Christmas Markets were less than a 25 min walk. I was a bit worried as with 3 teenage girls, I general rent a 2 bathroom - but this worked well as there is a vanity with sink in the bedroom plus the shower and toilet are separate. I would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!
