It was close proximity to good restaurants and a short walk to the main attractions. Host was very quick to answer questions and calls. The Piazza next to the room was very lively and had different forms of entertainment.
It was a little bit hard to figure out how to access the property, I had to call Ray to try and figure it out and the front door lock situation was very frustrating. I feel as though it should also be mentioned that the Piazza next to the accommodations can be very loud at night, although we appreciate them providing earplugs, we had no idea what we had booked next to.

location was simple and so easy to get anyway. night culture was brilliant. architecture was authentic and old wooden lift was fun
noisy, but that was expected given the position

Room was lovely
Poor communication, no details given on floor level, no one in reception during the day and no one at the property new how to get in or what floor. codes were all digital which meant you needed phones and data to download.

The facilities are adequate. Location excellent. Proximity to a tax stage is a huge Bonus. I however felt that the pricing was higher than the services the accommodation offered

"The location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants round the corner. Very close to the the main attractions of Rome, no more than 30/40 minutes walk. Elegant and clean. Great staff!
