Świetny basen, okolica cicha. W miasteczku oddalonym o 2km kilka dobrych restauracji. Mały prezent przy odbiorze kluczy jest bardzo fajnym gestem.
Za tą cenę jakość pokoi jest mocno średnia. Pokoje umiejscowione są w budynkach wokół zamku, brakuje światła. Pokoje są ciemne.

The stay at Castello di Modanella has been our last stop in our trip to Tuscany, and an absolute highlight!
It was my dream to stay in the castle, and it was perfect. Starting with the hospitality of a receptionist (unfortunately cannot remember the name), he was very kind and attentive, and even showed us a part of a castle that is currently closed. When we asked for the recommendation for a wine tasting near by, he explained that because of the harvesting season all wineries are busy and are not doing tastings at the moment. But then he was so kind to gift us with 2 bottles of the wine made from the grapes growing around the castle. We highly appreciate this extra special gesture that made our stay even more memorable!

A truly magical medieval experience! Staying at this castle felt like stepping back in time. It is isolated in a stunning Tuscan landscape, surrounded by absolute peace and nature. It is a place definitely worth staying at, even if it's just for one night, to explore it and feel its history.
We stayed in the comfortable apartments right next to the castle. While a few extra amenities could be added for the absolute perfect stay, it is genuinely worth every moment! A great tip is to buy groceries from a supermarket, cook your own meals, and enjoy them in the beautiful garden.
The most famous Tuscan villages are about a 40-minute drive away. This was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences we had in Tuscany. A gorgeous castle! Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to a technical issue during our stay, which was a pity because it looked huge and beautiful! Also, because the rooms are very large with high ceilings, there was a slight issue with humidity. However, overall, the space was incredibly comfortable for a family; we had a large kitchen and two bathrooms, which was very convenient.

The property is gorgeous! It is fascinating, offers breathtaking views, and rich history. It has a very rustic aesthetic, which I really appreciate because it gives off a castle-like vibe.
The bathrooms are not updated and have a terrible urine smell impregnated that is very disgusting. They put only 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom for a family of 4 that was staying 4 days.
Some of the showers don’t offer any type of covering to prevent water from wetting the floors which you have nothing to dry them with and They charge 8€ for a set of extra towels.
The mattress of our bed was as hard as a rock.
The property is far from everything and if you feel hungry or wanted to have a coffee you have to drive like 15 minutes.
They are nice, however they don’t provide a castle style customer service.
I don’t recommend the experience!
