An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your mobilehome can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over a terrace. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with dinette. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs) (appropriate only for children). Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator and coffee machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with WLAN- internet access.

Holiday resort
National category 4 stars, reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, pool bar, internet (WLAN), TV room, supermarket and launderette. The restaurant, the bar and the mini-market are open until approximately 03/10. Approximately 400 m away there is a restaurant that is open in the evening until approximately 17/10/2.

Pieve Vecchia. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence. In the same complex there are the mobile homes GAR MAN 017 and GAR MAN 018 (each for 6 people). ******* IMPORTANT NOTE ON CONSTRUCTION WORK AT THE LAKE:

Please note that construction work commissioned by the municipality is currently taking place in the shore area and is expected to continue until Easter 2027. As the work is outside the control of the campsite, it has no influence on its progress or duration.

During the construction work there may be construction noise and temporary restrictions on access to the lake. Not all lake accesses are closed; however, changes are possible.

The small town of Manerba on the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda consists of many small villages that are idyllically strung together amidst olive groves and vineyards. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property. For each mobile home there is 1 free parking space at the mobile home and another available for a fee on the campsite grounds.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, CO2 detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, diameter 99 m, 1.40 m deep). Children's pool (diameter 8 m, 0.40 m deep).

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis and table football. Children's entertainment in July and August. The whirlpool is suitable for a maximum of 4 people at a time and costs 20 euros per half day. For each additional person, up to a maximum of 8 people, there is a surcharge of 5.00 euros per additional person. The whirlpool opening times are: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
