A nice facility for a one night stay. Room small, but well appointed and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A hearty breakfast is served.
The only drawback was the position of the bathroom which was on the ground level and had to be reached via a staircase.

Comfy room and breakfast

The place is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. The accommodation is also centrally placed in Nieu-Bethesda with all the shops, restaurants and the Owl House being close by. The place has good, fast WIFI and everything was very neat and clean.
When we first arrived we were quite surprised at our room. The photos made it appear as if we booked for the large tower but we received another room. The photos also made it appear as if we would have a kitchenette or access to a communal kitchen but when we arrived the room only had a kettle. The booking did state that it wasn't self service but we were expecting at least to have a mini fridge and/or a microwave. The room was very small with no cupboards, apart from a small chest of drawers, which mean the entire room was filled with our luggage. To our surprise the bathroom was also detached from the room where you have to exit the room and go downstairs to the bathroom that opens to a communal courtyard. It was not the best experience to go to the bathroom during the night while it was cold and raining.
