About this apartment rental
A small, newly built resort from the period 2007-2008, that is constantly being updated. Right on the beach, with a saltwater pool, run by a German-Croatian family: come and feel at home!
Everything was clean and tidy!
Our resort is located on the northern outskirts of Starigrad, right on the beach. The city center can be easily reached in 10–15 minutes. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and more available here. The small marina invites you to dream.
Apartments: In our little paradise, we have several apartments, studios, and condos—all completed in early 2008—offering luxurious beauty with a Mediterranean atmosphere—but to German standards—available for rent.
Of course, all apartments feature air conditioning, elegant and modern bathrooms with shower/toilet, a kitchen or kitchenette, and in some cases a separate toilet, as well as satellite TV. Wi-Fi is also free.
Each apartment has a balcony with panoramic ocean views.
All balconies are arranged so that peaceful enjoyment is guaranteed with virtually no outside disturbances.
Crystal-clear waters, constantly replenished with fresh spring water from drinking water sources over 1,700 m high on Mount Velebit, make swimming a pleasure. And the water temperature is 2–3 degrees higher than in neighboring Zadar—at least, that’s what the locals say!
How to get there: The highway through Slovenia has been completely rebuilt. Only the last 12 kilometers lead along a beautiful coastal road directly to our resort.
Regular and charter flights are constantly offered at low prices by German and international airlines. The nearest airports are:
Zadar (about a 30-minute drive)
SPLIT (about 90 minutes)
ZAGREB (approximately 120 minutes).
Upon request, we’ll pick you up personally at the airport!
We also offer, upon request, excursions to famous coastal and historic cities (e.g., B. Zadar, Šibenik, Split, Dubrovnik, and the Amphitheater in Pula, etc.) or other nearby attractions (Krka Waterfalls, Paklenica National Park, Kornati National Park, Plitvice Lakes...).

Großzügige FeWo mit großem überdachtem Balkon und tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Mit nur wenigen Schritten ist man in der kleinen gepflegten Anlage mit schattenspendendem Baumbestand. Von dort aus lädt der private Zugang zum Meer zu häufigem ausgedehntem Baden ein. Wir haben unseren vierzehntägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Adria Paradies können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir bewohnten App. 9 mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer riesigen Terrasse. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wege zum Pool und Meer waren sehr kurz. Auch wenn alle Wohnungen belegt waren, bekamen wir stets eine Liege am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war gut. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort anzutreffen.

Die Anlage selbst ist wirklich traumhaft schön.Allerdings ist der vom Vermieter so groß beschriebene Service nicht wirklich vorhanden. Es ist nicht möglich, Verpflegung vor Ort zu buchen (Angeblich gibt es kein Personal). Auch ist es dem Vermieter nicht möglich gewesen, morgens wenigstens Brot oder Brötchen für die Gäste vorrätig zu haben. Es wurde genau ein einziges Mal in zwei Wochen gegrillt und da auch nur auf Wunsch und Organisation von anderen Gästen. Vom Vermieter organisierte (und im Internet angebotene) Ausflüge etc werden nur auf dem Papier angeboten. Die Vermieter haben die ganze Zeit nur über die Kinder der anderen Urlaubsgäste geschimpft. Die Kinder waren jedoch aus Sicht meines Mannes und mir sehr wohlerzogen und haben auch nicht unverhältnismäßig viel Krach gemacht. Sonnenstühle und Sonnenschirme waren hart umkämpft; wenn die ganze Anlage ausgebucht gewesen wäre, hätte es erhebliche Probleme gegeben.
Fazit: Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön, vor allem weil sie direkt am Meer liegt. Der Service läßt allerdings doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir werden hier auf keinen Fall mehr herkommen und daß liegt ausschließlich am Vermieter.
