About this house rental
Our cozy country house, Traunsee-Blick, offers a breathtaking view of Lake Traunsee and the mountain range beyond (the Traunstein Massif).
Large garden with a private swimming pool (open from approximately late May through mid-September; unheated).
The house and garden invite you to relax and enjoy the fantastic panoramic views in the Attersee-Traunsee Nature Park region.
Ideal starting point for hikes and walks.
The accommodations in the vacation home:
* Three bedrooms with double beds (offering unobstructed views of the lake and mountain panorama!).
* Two single bedrooms.
* Small, modern kitchen: electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, small dishwasher.
* Cozy dining room with a magnificent view of the mountains and Lake Traunsee.
* Spacious living room with a large panoramic window offering magnificent views of the lake and mountains, TV with satellite channels, and radio.
* Large, covered panoramic balcony with a dining table and chairs.
* One bathroom with a shower and sink.
* In the attic (mansard), there is a second, smaller bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
* A separate restroom with a hand-washing sink.
(For bookings of fewer than 5 people, not all bedrooms or the second bathroom in the attic are available)
In the spacious garden (2,600 m², unfenced), everyone can find their favorite spot. Several seating areas are scattered around the house.
In the summer, the swimming pool offers a chance to cool off while enjoying a magnificent panoramic view.
Garage for one car. Ample parking on the property.
Electric car: Charging your electric car using the house’s electrical system (Schuko outlets) is NOT permitted due to fire safety regulations!
Central heating throughout the house.
Free internet/Wi-Fi for our guests.
Non-smoking house.
Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible.
Not suitable for youth groups.

We had a good stay in the house. The view is great and the house has plenty room. The interior and the bathroom are outdaded but that didn’t matter because we could sit most of the time outside enjoying the surroudings and view.
