Beautiful accommodation, very helpful and kind staff and good location. I was there for my birthday and I was surprised with a lovely birthday treat at dinner.
Everything wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chakana Hotel Boutique Centro. I especially liked the hotel’s decor, and my room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, too. The hotel is on a side street near a metro station, within walking distance of the national cathedral and historic center. I’d happily stay here again.
Nothing. One review mentioned no elevator but the stairs were wide and there are only three floors!

Excellent hotel, I love staying here. The staff is amazing and always willing to help or answer any questions.

The hotel is like a museum - full of incredible pieces of art and murals, with each room having its own theme. The room was large and clean. Cleaned daily. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was simple but good. Offered water, tea and fresh fruits at all times in the communal area.
Location is a bit out of the way of the tourist zone but less than a 15 minutes walk.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
One minor point is that the staircase creaks a lot when people walk on it, so it can be noisy if guests come back late.
No fan or air conditioning makes the room a bit hot and stuffy.
