About this house rental
Redtail Retreat: This lovely 2500 square foot three bedroom home, tucked into the trees of The Galena Territory, is a great place to retreat. The front door opens into a conversational gathering room with plenty of seating. Adjacent to the gathering room is the spacious kitchen area which is separated from the 8 person dining area by a counter with stools that enables the cooks to converse with those at the table. The screened porch is located just off the kitchen as well as the outside deck which is equipped with a gas BBQ grill. The main floor has the master bedroom with attached master bath. This bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen smart TV, the adjoining bath has a shower stall, double sinks and Tub. Downstairs, in the lower level, there are two bedrooms and a Gathering/Media Room. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a King Size bed with an attached bath that is shared with the downstairs gathering/media room. This downstairs gathering/media room has a sectional couch with a lounge chair, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace that turns on with a flip of a switch and a wet bar. Outside on the lower level is the deck with a hot tub that accommodates 6 people.

The description of the property says there are no toiletries, blow dryers or an iron. However all things were here. It would have helped to know that these things were on site when packing for our trip. The place was great for our weekend.

Lovely wooded setting. Morning coffee on the screened porch listening to songbirds was perfect! Appreciated the owner’s club access to pool and marina. Gorgeous woodwork, especially ceilings. GPS worked perfectly throughout our 3-night stay. Great TVs. Lower level great room has comfortable couch and huge TV for watching FIFA soccer matches!

We spent the weekend with 2 adult children, 27 and 30 celebrating birthdays. We enjoyed hanging in the screened porch with lots of seating and large table, loved relaxing in the large hot tub with steps which are much appreciated and not available at all rentals, and the kitchen was great space for cooking and visiting. The downstairs has an awesome huge cough for hanging. My girls enjoyed sitting on the comfy chairs on downstairs deck visiting. Had a great time.
