Everything! The helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness of the property and rooms, variety of food, services such as gym (open 24 hours!), kids play room, swimming pool, spa, car rental etc, building architecture! I have missed a few things but it was an exceptional stay.
A very minor improvement would be to add some sort of air conditioning in the lifts.
