Kivat isot altaat, all inclusive -paketti oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä.
Hotellihuoneen kylpyhuoneessa tosi pieni tila wc:lle, makuuhuoneen sängyt ei olleet kovin mukavat.

The main attraction of the hotel is its staff, they are just excellent, is hard to find such treatment elsewhere. The entertainers were really active, the kitchen team was there to assist on everything and Rosina that took care the cleaning of our room was perfect. We found a great variety of food and you could practically do everything in the hotel.
Had a few issues with the facilities in the room. Curtains were not thick enough so I would wake up the soonest sun was out due to the light. The equipment is generally outdated from the bathroom, the beds even the cot that was brought to us was old. We also had some small ants mainly in the bathroom which the staff tried to remove but being close to the garden they kept appearring.

Good location with nice pools. Most of the staff were really good.
Pools open at 10am, Pool towels were supposed to be available 11am. Most days late and usually not enough towels for everyone. Complained to Mona on reception who basically shrugged her shoulders and said what do you want me to do. I then emailed Concept management and they couldn’t even bother to reply. Food also a bit hit and miss.
