It was spacious & in a heritage building - beautifully renovated and decorated. The staff were super friendly & helpful.
Nothing.

Staff amazing
Food impressive and good variety
Very expensive for what it was.
Room had hardly any natural light- 1 small window upstairs.
No facilities in the place, eg no onsen or lounge area.
Had to pay extra for drinks at the meal.
Compared to the rest of the hotels, this lacked amenities and is grossly overpriced.
