The place was a short distance from the street car stop. Clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities and amenities we needed. Easy communication with the owners and they were kind enough to prepare our room for an early check-in.
The place was a bit small and there is no elevator.

Very easy to locate and enter the apartment. Clear instructions and communications from the host, although I didn't see the instructions to share my details before entering the accommodation so beware of those.
Small studio apartment had everything I needed, comfortable bed with aircon, very small but functional bathroom and kitchen area which I didn't really use.
Location was perfect to walk to restaurants, main attractions and public transport.
Umbrellas left for each apartment is a nice touch.
Pillows were a bit firm but did the job for 3 nights. Also, more towels would have been night but I also made do with the two left for me.

Good location. Nice and clean. The third bed (sofa) is ok for couple nights. The owner gives additional futon, therefore good option for 3 person. The owner also left the coffee and tea bags, which is much appreciated.
If the aircondition is not used, it is cold in the apartment.
