Property was exceptional and suited our needs with 3 families traveling to Venice before cruising.Hosts were great with communication even before arrival. They gave us very personal treatment and provided us with suggestions on local eateries where we ate at a fantastic restaurant. They made the reservation and even called for taxi as it was raining. We encountered issue with air conditioner upon our return one evening and host immediately walked us through the fix.Such wonderful people who also gave in sight on travel into Venice. We selected the location because it was near the airport. It was a distance to the city but would not trade the amenities, hospitality and gracious hosts. Even gave part of our group transport to hotel as we needed 2 taxis at a very busy time.Very memorable start to a wonderful vacation

You couldn’t as for a more kind host. Easily accessible via bus to the city of Venice, although some walking is involved. Room walls are thin and a little noisy otherwise great.

The rooms we had were clean and comfortable but we expected just a little more from a traditional B&B. The owners were helpful, but we thought maybe coffee and some sort of continental breakfast would be included but it was not.
