We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and whenever we needed anything, they were always there to help us with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. Everything we needed was within easy reach, including public transport, restaurants, and the main attractions.
What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable—for example, when it started raining, they kindly provided us with an umbrella, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine kindness. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The room was pretty for a solo traveller. And I found the staff very sympathetic too. But one thing was better than the staff, and it’s definitely the price.
Maybe it could be more clean but still it was clean. Im just telling for the advice.

the staff was excellent — they were extremely sweet, helpful, and kind! they’re 1/2 positives about this place. the other one was its location, ofc.
all the facilities were quite worn out :( there’re dirty tea cups from previous guests, stains on the furniture, although the bathroom was clean enough. also, bedsheets didn’t seem fresh: i found a few tiny bugs (not bedbugs, thankfully) and hair on it. lastly, we had our checkout at 3am and were not able to use the sink or toilet as there was no water at all at night… we don’t know if it was a one-time issue or it’s something regular that we were not warned about.
