Ideal for my needs during my visit.
I messaged to ask for the earliest check-in time and received no reply. I was arriving by train and wanted to select a travel time from Porto that would provide a suitable arrival time to enable a timely check-in. The eventual check-in details came just before my visit to Portugal commenced and confirmed I would be met at the property. There was was nobody there when I arrived and no answer to the bell. I had to phone for help and was directed to collect the keys at the nearby chemists. Why couldn't those details have been advised prior to my arrival and my time would not have been wasted?
