Friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent luggage service to and from the pier. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, lovely pool and a convenient location within walking distance of the centre.
Extremely loud music from nearby party every night until around 3 AM, making it difficult to sleep. The shower temperature was also unstable, constantly switching between hot and cold.

Fantastic location, cute bungalows and very clean.
The continual pumping music from bedtime to about 3:00am. However as everything else is so good I choose to overlook this - just sleep with ear plugs!!! Just know when you stay here to prepare for this.

This resort is a little walk from the main area of phi phi- which makes it quieter and more relaxed. Though at night you can hear the bass of the music until 4am so you will need ear plugs. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, breakfast was beautiful. Activities are great at the hotel. The pool bar is beautiful.

I thought breakfast was great, pool stunning, loved bamboo style cabins.
We stayed here for 3 nights and we did not sleep the entire time due to the nightclub down the road that played insanely loud music until 4am every night. The resort could have been fantastic but I would not recommend it.
You also can hear people in the next cabin. Someone was coughing endlessly and smoking endless weed.
They charge you extra for latte or iced coffee and even for ice. You have to queue for a long time to make your coffee. I would suggest they get a second coffee machine or bring coffee to the table. We also had issues with check in with the rooms and they were going to push 2 single beds together instead of one queen bed. We had to insist on changing rooms.
