Perfect location walking distance to everything in Sultanahmet. The room was huge, king size bed, large bathroom, many windows overlooking a garden and the beach, aircon/heater, ok sound proofing. Really good value for money.
We arrived just after a heavy rain fall in Istanbul. The windows of our room had been kept open so the carpeted floors were completely drenched and the strong smell of dirty and damp carpets permeated for at least 4 days.
The breakfast was traditional but not to my liking.

We had a good stay at Gulliver Mansion Hotel. The location is excellent — close to the main sights in the old city, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
However, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet our expectations, and the breakfast could use more variety and flavor. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better experience.
