The staff is one of the most well trained in guest relationship. They sure now who to engage with all the guests. The room always smelt clean and nice. The housekeeping was daily and they were everywhere for any concerns. Get the room with a balcony!
It's strange that on my 5th [last] night with some new sheets, I got bed bug bites. :( I'm giving this review 9 because of this. Other than that, all deserve 100 stars!

The staff are wonderful! Good size dorm rooms and great location. Met some great friends here!
The light inside the bed was super bright, a dimmer light would be great.

Amazing and helpful staff, location is great in the heart of the town area
The barefoot rule was weird and the ground was quite dirty despite barefoot policy
