About this apartment rental

One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Sleeps 2. Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for ONE vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.

Excellent room with a fantastic view from the private deck! Wendy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check out was easy. The elevator was just steps inside from the parking lot which made it very convenient with the luggage. Most everything was within walking distance. The music was a fun bonus. We will probably plan another stay when the weather is nicer and we can stay longer.

The location was perfect for us! We loved watching the live bands from our balcony Thursday and Friday nights! By 11:30 pm, it was quiet for sleeping, as we enjoyed sleeping with balcony doors open, listening to the waves and the ocean air coming in!Thank you Wendy!!
