woefully inadequate - remove listing from your platform
central location
i’d like to lodge a complaint over this property:
1) several broken items in property in need of repair:
a) left shower tap is missing a piece of metal,
b) kitchen bread toaster plastic handle missing which means your hand touches metal leaver when pushing toast down - electric shock hazard
c) kitchen kettle miniature size - replace with larger & modern cordless version
d) faulty electrical adapter & another taped up electrical adapter inside the upstairs bedroom wooden headboard box - electrical shock & fire hazard
2) double bed upstairs had woefully inadequate thin mattress which are worn out concave - not suitable & not comfortable for paying guests - need to replace mattress
3) bedding/linen provided were the wrong sizes. no double bed duvet provided, not enough regular rectangular sized pillows for sleeping provided, too many square sized pillows provided. we felt cheated in having to pay extra for linen which did not match what was needed per bed.
4) parking was not provided to us, despite 8 spaces available and unused at ground level & another 10 spaces unused at -1 level.
5) dining table with thin plastic legs not stable - knocking over cups of water when you push against it.
6) apartment does not offer wi-fi
7) apartment did not have a washing machine, so we were unable to do laundry to wash clothes
8) upstairs section design is too small for a bedroom - there is insufficient vertical hight to stand up in. its because extra wardrobes were fitted in where you are supposed to stand upright, which erodes the space available in rest of room, requiring you to crawl around in bedroom. The design lacks vertical height expected and is not suitable space for adults
this apartment is in need of maintenance, de-cluttering, re-designing the bedroom space, modernising - in its current state it is not fit to be charging customers to stay there.
This is not a property listing Booking.com can be proud of.

there is a ski locker, make sure to ask the reception for the key. (we didn't get the key at first instance)

Great location in Meribel Centre
Fantastic location, warm, clean and lovely view.
A washing machine would have made it perfect.
