A beautiful location cannot compensate for sleepless nights, neglected concerns, and nonexistent customer service.

The location was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment had a nice overall aesthetic, with mostly updated finishes that gave it a clean, modern feel. While the furnishings and décor were fairly basic and minimal, the space itself was attractive and pleasant.

While the apartment had some positive qualities, several significant issues made our stay extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and, at times, downright miserable. First, the only bathroom was located inside the bedroom, creating an inconvenient layout that offered little privacy or accessibility for anyone not occupying that room. The sleeping accommodations were particularly unacceptable. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed squeaked loudly with virtually every movement. Compounding the problem was the excessive light entering the bedroom. Although blinds were installed, they did very little to block the bright exterior lighting, even throughout the night. The bedroom was simply far too bright to provide a comfortable sleeping environment. The excessive noise was another major issue and deserves particular emphasis. While the property’s website disclosed that guests might experience some residual street noise, that description was a gross understatement of what we actually encountered. The noise was extreme and disruptive, including loud utility vehicles, garbage trucks, delivery trucks, and people yelling and screaming outside. This was not the occasional background noise one might reasonably expect in an urban setting. It was intrusive and, on some nights, made getting any meaningful sleep nearly impossible. Making matters worse, renters occupying the unit directly above us created an additional and substantial noise disturbance. Their heavy footsteps, stomping, and extremely loud walking noises were clearly audible inside our apartment, further disrupting what little opportunity we had for rest. We reported these disturbances more than once, yet our complaints were never acknowledged or addressed, either during our stay or afterward. The cleanliness of the apartment was also questionable.

Great location & clean

I love the location, its on Magnize and Canal Street. The apartment was very clean & spacious and the staff was very nice.

I didn't like that the bed in apartment 405, I was sleeping on wires, the elevator was not working my entire 3 night stay and I was on the 4th floor, there's two sets of stairs before you get to one floor. I also didn't like that the wifi was down for two days. However, the staff compensated me for these issues and was very gracious. I really hope these issues get resolve because the apartment/building and location is great.

Do not book!!!

Nothing!!!

I am wheelchair bound! I was told 45 minutes before check in that the freaking elevator was broken!!! They already don't have parking so I had to try to walk there and walk up multiple flights of stairs and all they did was apologize!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! They offered $85 back and I paid over $420 for a room!! I could not attend my events I came 6 hours to attend because I wasn't able to keep getting up and down those stairs!!! I paid 950 on essence festival tickets to not be able to attend all events. Worst vacation ever!!! I will never book this property again! I wouldn't advise others to either!!

Cleanliness, location, easy access. All the necessary accomodations to feel in your own apartment. More Freedom than at an hotel.

Our condo was facing Magazine street and was extremely loud. Very difficult to sleep before 3 or 4 pm the 2 nights.
