The hotel was superb! We arrived very late so it was obviously situated in a prime location.
I cannot understand why there was a charge on my card the following morning when we didn’t have ANYTHING from hotel

Convenient
Wanting a 15percent surcharge in the restaurant because of a public holiday in this day and age is a rip off.
We decided not to eat there so you made nothing while still having to pay your staff.
A rethink on your part may be required.
