This was the perfect place! Kim was very responsive and helpful as a host. The location was great - we easily visited Boston via car and using the T multiple times. The area is very walkable - we did walks on the beach and through the neighborhood. The house itself had lots of space with big TVs, comfortable beds, useful kitchen space, and laundry. Our kids enjoyed the comfortable couch and games. Would highly recommend!!

We stayed for a family vacation and this is exactly what we are looking for. The place was great for our dinners, the rooms and beds were very comfortable and the host was very helpful. The location was perfect for us; a 2 minutes walk to the beach, a 4 minutes drive or 17 minutes walk to the subway station to visit Boston and all the services we needed close by. Will recommend to friends and family if they visit Boston.

Kim was great in regards to communication and and answered all my questions and was very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved playing at the beach too as it was a couple minute walk :) Theres a playground nearby which helped out a lot too!

Exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Conveniently located with space for people to sleep. Hosts were very accommodating and thoughtful.
