Very easy to deal with, had details of where keys where etc and it was ready early so we could go straight to apartment, distance wise to beach, shops restaurants its approx 10/15 min walk to main beachfront area, there are shops nearer in the Duke shopping centre less than 5 min walk.
The apartment contact was lovely to deal with and contactable when we made changes to our stay.
Its not 300m to beach its more 800m, the apartment is up on a very steep hill, it took us few days to find an easier way to get to apartment, but that was up 6 floors in a lift, a little walk to another lift/stairs and go up a further 2 floors , or you could walk the whole way around the road which was not an easy task, we even got taxis at night so we wouldn't have to walk it.
The pool was not heated(not owners fault)

The view,pool area,2 bathrooms,balcony area good
Both showers were very poor condition .toilet seat was already broken on arrival and electric socket in kitchen very loose on wall.
Chairs on balcony had lots of sharp edges

Eche en falta una tijeras de cocina y un mantel!!
El frigorífico hace mucho ruido.

Great building and in a great location. Lovely pool. Very comfy sofa.
Interior very dated and in need of modernising and repainting. Some furniture broken or unstable. Some small repairs needed - eg faulty flushes on toilets.
