About this apartment rental
The EDEN project is located in the Gargano National Park, 3 km from Rodi Garganico and 600 meters from the sea, on a hill overlooking the adjacent citrus grove, which offers a unique panorama where the eye takes in the green of the pine trees, olive trees, and orange trees, until it reaches the endless blue of the sea. It has been fully renovated and is part of an historic building dating back to 1857 (during the summer months, it serves a different purpose. Even the owner lives there). This EDEN apartment is laid out as follows: a living room with a sofa bed and plenty of space, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and plenty of space in front of the apartment equipped with a seating area, an outdoor table, and chairs. The decor is very nice and the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities. For getting around, it is important to have a car or other means of transportation. Cribs are available at no extra cost. The price, as listed in the price list, does not include: water, electricity, and natural gas. MANDATORY DEPOSIT: €100.00 / €200.00. Additional guests, per week: June and September €50.00 / €70.00; July and August €100.00. Final cleaning: €60.00 (excluding the kitchen) OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Bedding, per person, per week or per change: €7.50; Towels, per person, per week or per change: €7.50; KITCHEN SUPPLIES, per week or per change: €7.00. In the same building, on the first floor, in another apartment, the SKY (sleeps 2–4) is listed on Homelidays under ref. no. 401.381.

Con la mia famiglia ho trascorso in questo piccolo paradiso una vacanza memorabile.
Maria, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto con garbo e calore insieme, introducendoci in un appartamento gradevolissimo e pulito alla perfezione. Di solito trovo sempre almeno una pecca… Qui no!
La prima cosa che colpisce lo sguardo è l’incantevole vista sul mare che regala la posizione della casa, proprio in cima a una collina, senza alcun ostacolo che nasconda il panorama. Poi ci si accorge, appena entrati in casa, che le foto del sito non solo non ingannano ma che gli ambienti sono addirittura più gradevoli.
Nel nostro appartamento abbiamo trovato spazi perfetti per quattro, locali freschi tanto che il condizionatore l’abbiamo usato pochissimo anche nei giorni più caldi, un ambiente capace di farti sentire subito a casa e che ci ha permesso di godere la nostra vacanza anche nelle poche giornate di maltempo.
Si percepisce la cura e l’amore che Maria ha nei confronti della casa e dei suoi ospiti. Sempre premurosa e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta, Maria nel corso dei giorni è diventata sempre più un’amica e non semplicemente la proprietaria della struttura.
Alla fine siamo partiti con un po’ di commozione e pensando “Chissà quando riusciremo a tornare?”...
I spent a memorable holiday in this little paradise with my family.
Maria, the owner, welcomed us with grace and warmth at the same time, introducing us to a very pleasant and perfectly clean apartment. Usually, I always find at least one flaw ... Not here!
The first thing that strikes the eye is the enchanting view of the sea that the location of the house, right on top of a hill, offers without any obstacle that hides the view. Then you realize, as soon as you enter the house, that the website photos not only do not deceive but that the rooms are even more pleasant…
In our apartment we found perfect spaces for four people, cool rooms to the point that we used the air conditioner a few times even on the hottest days, an environment capable of making you feel at home and that allowed us to enjoy our holiday, even in the few days of bad weather we encountered.
You can immediately perceive the care and love that Maria has towards the house and her guests. Always attentive and available to satisfy every request, over the days Maria has become more and more a friend and not just the owner of the structure.
In the end we left with a bit of emotion and thinking "Who knows when we'll be able to return?..."

posto incantevole con vista meravigliosa in mezzo ad un agrumeto a cinque minuti dal mare.Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato due settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per l appartamento,stupendo ,pulito e tenuto bene,sia per i propretari Maria e Orazio che sono persone squisite e disponibili.un ottima sistemazione che consigliamo vivamente.un caro saluto Marina e Pino

Le immagini non rendono davvero giustizia a un posto fantastico, curato in ogni particolare in una posizione che domina il mare adriatico e regala un clima fresco e piacevole in cui abbiamo fatto piacevoli dormite rigeneranti. Il calore dell'accoglienza e la disponibilità le danno Maria e Oreste, grandiosi padroni di casa. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni cosa e ben tenuto, pulitissimo, sembra terminato ieri, spazioso anche per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra. Immersi nel verde, con piacevoli e ampi spazi esterni per noi è stato un ottimo punto base per escursioni in ogni angolo del Gargano.
