Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Nice downstairs bar and helpful staff.
The hotel systems could be simplified ( e.g ordering drinks at bar, check -in was complicated).

The amenities and the dining experiences that allowed you to get out of the room. As westerners we can’t enjoy the Japanese tv channels, so to be able to socialise was excellent and very innovative.
Everything was superb

Good location, comfortable and good size room. We like the complimentary amenities, free drinks and snacks that were provided at various times of the day.
This is quite a large hotel, so seems to lack a bit of personality.

Did not have breakfast . Assumed it was included with Lounge access but was not.
Terrible service on checking in. Total confusion. Not at all friendly.
