Breakfast not included…it is not in the centre of town but an easy 5-7 minute bus or tram car ride. Close to Porto’s main regional train station. On the first floor of very short stairs, newish property, excellent facilities and very comfortable. Code access was simple…it’s only about 300 metres from the station and very quiet. Yes, sometimes u can hear trains as the world awakes but it is not a problem. I extended my days from three to five.

The place was spotlessly clean, beautiful finish, had everything we needed.

Convenient location close to main Campanha Railway Station as we from the airport, travelled to Pinhao and the City all by train and Metro.
A little bit on the small side but we didn’t spend much time there during daytime so not a big impact.

Very closed to the station and all means of transportation, the kitchen was very well furnished, bathroom very comfortable and Aircon was great.
Unfortunately the bed was not clean, there were quite few hairs in the sheets, and generally there was a bit of smell of dust.
Also, the ceiling/flooring is very thin, so very often in the night we were awakened by the upstairs guest moving.
Lastly, the front door was not closing properly, so all people who entered had to slam it very hard, which was very loud for us being the the apartment next to the entrance.
