About this apartment rental
Studio with direct views of the light house at Light House Point. Full size new Murphy bed. Easy first floor unit with an entrance in the front parking and private balcony within steps from the pool and water, no stairs. Complex offers large pool overlooking the water, lounge chairs, a bbq grill and laundry facilities. Many updates. Sit back, relax and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning. If you like beach access you can take a short walk on A1A to the public walkway and bridge (next to the Canada House - 1704 A1A. Pompano beach has new restaurants on the beach, with a new pier that is free and now open with new restaurants. There are many activities here from going to the beach, going on a fishing boat, or taking a water taxi to many of the local restaurants and attractions.

Firstly, the location of the unit is spectacular. Beautiful view overlooking the Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse with multi-million dollar yachts passing in and out all day and night. The complex is positioned perfectly and sits on a cove facing the lighthouse, inlet, ocean and some excuisite homes. The paradox comes from the condition of the unit which is a studio with a Murphy bed. The unit and mostly, the furnishings, are tired, old and definitely in need of replacement. The bed has a memory foam mattress and was comfortable, although it is only a full size bed and when opened, it is quite tight navigating around the room. With a little TLC, this would be a lovely unit.
