Great room in a fantastic location so close to the main square. I wasn't expecting breakfast so that was an great added bonus and was delicious. The host was amazing and couldn't have been any more accommodating. We had to leave our suitcases on the last day while we attended an exhibition I had a photo in and it worked really well. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing really. I had read that the street could be noisy on other reviews and we stayed there at the end of the palio celebrations so it was very busy and loud but I brought earplugs and couldn't hear anything then so it wasn't a problem at all so don't let that put you off this fantastic place.

Location is excellent right in the city centre just a few minutes walk from the main square. Host is very friendly and helpful - cleaned the room promptly so we were able to check in early. room was very clean and had everything that we needed. We loved Siena - a beautiful town. The car parking arrangement worked well and would reccomend this - don't try to drive to the property!
Was a bit noisy into the night on the street outside - think this was because it was Friday night and its in a student area (near University) - didn't really keep us awake but might do for light sleepers.

Great city centre location, very helpful staff. Super easy to do the self check in.
The WiFi didn’t extend to our room.

Good size room which was clean. Very responsive host.
The location wasn’t great as there is a bar just underneath which played loud music till 3am on the Friday and Saturday night. Also there was a strange smell, particularly from the bathroom and communal kitchen area.
