Location and the service of the staff.
We sustained some issues with the elevator that we need to take the escalators couple of times due to the issue.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fantastic! Located around the corner of the Sagrada Família and restaurants.
A little far from some of Barcelona’s main attractions to do on foot, but public transportation is nearby so it made it easy to move around.
